Power load lock
You have connected several welding machines and larger consumers such as compressors or electric ovens on the same supply transformer. If every unit happens to be requesting power from the power grid at the same time, this leads to uncontrolled voltage drops. This will have a negative effect on the welding quality and / or impair the function of other consumers.
The power requirement of the individual consumers should be synchronized in such a way that the power supply network is never overloaded. The synchronization should take place automatically. The resistance welding machines should only be locked during the current time. Systems with automatic operation should be assigned a higher priority than a manually operated machine. The system should be expandable.
HIE interlock processors ensure that the available power network load is automatically divided according to the specified rules and requirements so that there are no overloads and voltage drops. The devices can be configured individually and are modularly expandable.
