Repair/ rental service
HIE products are robust and durable. Nevertheless, it can happen that a repair or maintenance is necessary. In such a case, contact our repair center. Our service staff make an initial assessment of the situation and agree on how to proceed. For the duration of the repair, we offer you a rental service on request on a rental basis. This way you can avoid expensive downtimes. You always have transparency about the costs.
Digitalization is advancing. This also applies to our products. The welding controls of the Akzent 2000 and Akzent 3000 series have a web interface. With our digital services, we offer you the option of supporting you in the event of service via telephone, video conference or remote control (e.g. team viewer). Adjustments of welding parameters due to production changes, restoration of inadvertently changed program and configuration settings or problem analyzes based on the process data documentation (SPV) can be carried out in this way without one of our service employees having to be on site.
